39 Entry charges
(1) This section applies if: (a) the Director determined a charge under regulation 7 of the old regulations; and (b) the determination is in force immediately before the commencement of this section. (2) The Director is taken to fix the charge under subsection 30(2) of this instrument at that commencement.
