31 Delegation by Director
(1) The Director may, in writing, delegate the Director’s powers and functions under this instrument to an APS employee who is: (a) either: (i) a member of the staff of the Museum mentioned in section 30 of the Act; or (ii) a person whose services are made available to the Museum under subsection 31(1) of the Act; and (b) any of the following: (i) an SES employee; (ii) an acting SES employee; (iii) classified as Executive Level 2; (iv) acting in a position usually occupied by an APS employee who is classified as Executive Level 2. (2) A person exercising powers or performing functions under a delegation under subsection (1) must comply with any directions of the Director.
