#### 95 Saving—20 May 2019
(1) The amendment of Schedule 1 by the National Measurement Amendment (SI Redefinition) Regulations 2019 does not affect the validity, on or after 20 May 2019, of any the following that was in force immediately before that day:
(a) a verification of any matter or thing (for example, a standard of measurement) under the Act or these Regulations;
(b) a certification under these Regulations of:
(i) a measuring instrument; or
(ii) a reference material; or
(iii) a verification described in paragraph (a);
(c) a determination under section 8A of the Act (recognized‑value standards of measurement);
(d) a recognition under these Regulations of:
(i) a reference standard of measurement; or
(ii) a measuring instrument; or
(iii) a reference material.
(2) The amendment of Schedule 1 by the National Measurement Amendment (SI Redefinition) Regulations 2019 does not affect the maintenance, on or after 20 May 2019, of a standard of measurement as one of the following kinds of standards of measurement if the standard was, immediately before that day, maintained as a standard of measurement of that kind:
(a) an Australian primary standard of measurement;
(b) an Australian secondary standard of measurement;
(c) a State primary standard of measurement.
