19Q Chief Metrologist may determine matters
(1) The Chief Metrologist may determine, in writing: (a) AQS sampling procedures for the purposes of Subdivision 3‑C of Division 3 of Part VI; and (b) AQS test procedures for the purposes of Subdivision 3‑C of Division 3 of Part VI; and (c) national group test procedures for the purposes of Subdivision 4‑B of Division 4 of Part VI; and (d) national sampling procedures for the purposes of Subdivision 4‑B of Division 4 of Part VI; and (e) national single article test procedures for the purposes of Subdivision 4‑B of Division 4 of Part VI. (2) A determination under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
