#### 18QD Accepting undertakings (1) The Secretary may, either instead of or in addition to taking disciplinary action under section 18QC, accept a written undertaking given by the licensee. (2) The licensee may vary or withdraw the undertaking at any time, but only with the consent of the Secretary.
