#### 18QB Notice to licensee of grounds for disciplinary action (1) If the Secretary reasonably suspects that there are grounds for disciplinary action against a servicing licensee or a public weighbridge licensee, the Secretary may serve a written notice on the licensee: (a) giving full particulars of those grounds, including particulars for the reasons for any general ground; and (b) calling on the licensee to show cause within a reasonable period specified in the notice why the Secretary should not take disciplinary action on those grounds against the licensee under section 18QC. (2) A licensee on whom such a notice is served may, within the period allowed by the notice, make a written submission to the Secretary on the matters concerned.
