#### 18PL Application for renewal of public weighbridge licence (1) A public weighbridge licensee may apply to the Secretary for the renewal of the licensee’s public weighbridge licence. (2) The application: (a) must be in the form approved by the Secretary; and (b) must be accompanied by the application fee prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph; and (c) must be accompanied by such other material as is prescribed. (3) The Secretary may, by notice in writing to an applicant, request the applicant to provide to the Secretary information or documents of the kind specified in the notice within a specified period of not less than 14 days. (4) The Secretary may refuse the application if the notice is not complied with.
