#### 18PI Application to amend a condition of a public weighbridge licence (1) A public weighbridge licensee may apply to the Secretary for an amendment of a condition of the licensee’s public weighbridge licence imposed under section 18PG. (2) The application: (a) must be in writing in the form approved by the Secretary; and (b) must be accompanied by the application fee prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph; and (c) must be accompanied by such other material as is prescribed. (3) The Secretary may: (a) grant the application; or (b) refuse the application. (4) The Secretary must give the public weighbridge licensee written notice of the decision on the application within 28 days after the application is made. (5) If the Secretary fails to give the public weighbridge licensee written notice of the decision within that period, the Secretary is, at the end of the period, taken to have refused to grant the application.
