#### 18PD Where the applicant is a body corporate If the applicant or the person who has contracted with the applicant to operate the weighbridge is a body corporate, paragraph 18PC(1)(f) and paragraphs 18PC(2)(a) to (d) apply as if a reference to the applicant or the person who has contracted with the applicant to operate the weighbridge included a reference to a person concerned in the management of the body corporate.
