#### 18MQ Announcement on entry or inspection (1) A trade measurement inspector must, on entering business premises under section 18ME or 18MF or residential premises under a warrant under section 18MZ or 18MZA: (a) announce to the controller that he or she is authorised to enter the premises; and (b) give any person at the premises an opportunity to allow entry to the premises. (2) A trade measurement inspector must, on inspecting a business vehicle under section 18ME or 18MF: (a) announce to the controller that he or she is authorised to inspect the vehicle; and (b) give the controller or any person in the vehicle an opportunity to allow the inspection.
