#### 18MN Trade measurement inspector must produce identity card on request (1) A trade measurement inspector is not entitled to exercise any powers under Division 3 in relation to premises if: (a) the controller of the premises requires the inspector to produce his or her identity card for inspection by the controller; and (b) the inspector fails to comply with the requirement. (2) A trade measurement inspector is not entitled to exercise any powers under Division 3 in relation to a business vehicle if: (a) the controller of the vehicle requires the inspector to produce his or her identity card for inspection by the controller; and (b) the inspector fails to comply with the requirement.
