18LQ Affected contracts etc. voidable
If: (a) a person is a party to a contract, dealing or other transaction; and (b) in relation to the purported execution of the contract, dealing or other transaction the person commits an offence under Part IV, V, VI or VII; the contract, dealing or other transaction is voidable at the option of the other party or parties to it.
