#### 18JZ Evidentiary certificate In any proceedings (including disciplinary proceedings) under this Act, a document, certified by the Secretary, and purporting to be a copy of a permit issued under this Division, is admissible as prima facie evidence of: (a) the fact that the permit was issued; and (b) the day on which or the period during which it was in force; and (c) the conditions on which the permit was in force.
