8 Authorisation to supply liquor
(1) The Director‑General may, in writing, authorise a person, or a class of persons, to sell or supply liquor on or in Library premises. (2) The Director‑General must specify in the authorisation: (a) the parts of Library premises where liquor may be sold or supplied; and (b) the hours during which liquor may be sold or supplied. (3) The Director‑General may specify in the authorisation conditions to which it is subject.
