39 Directions prohibiting access or imposing conditions etc.
A direction: (a) issued under subregulation 19(1) of the old regulations; and (b) in force immediately before the commencement of this section; has effect, from that commencement, as if it had been issued as a direction under subsection 21(1) of this instrument.
