38 Director‑General notices
A notice: (a) issued by the authority of the Director‑General in accordance with subregulation 9(1) of the old regulations; and (b) in force immediately before the commencement of this section; has effect, from that commencement, as if it had been issued as a Director‑General notice under subsection 20(1) of this instrument.
