12 Chair and Deputy Chair
(1) The Governor‑General shall appoint one of the members appointed by the Governor‑General to be the Chair of the Council during the pleasure of the Governor‑General. (2) There shall be a Deputy Chair of the Council, who shall be a member elected by the members from time to time.
