#### 9 Approval of Investment Projects (1) The Minister may, in writing, approve a project as an Investment Project if, and only if: (a) the Minister is satisfied that the project is eligible for approval (see section 10); and (b) the Minister considers that it is appropriate to approve the project (see section 11). (2) An instrument approving a project is not a legislative instrument.
