#### 84 Funding recipient must maintain records relating to motor vehicle crashes (1) The funding recipient must maintain records relating to the nature and frequency of motor vehicle crashes involving death or personal injury occurring at the site of the funded project. (2) The funding recipient must maintain the records required by subsection (1) for a period of 5 years, commencing on the receipt of the funding payment. (3) The funding recipient must, at all reasonable times, permit a person authorised by the Minister to inspect any records maintained by the funding recipient as required by subsection (1).
