51A Funding arrangements with non‑corporate Commonwealth entities
(1) For the purposes of this Part, the Minister may, in writing, enter into an arrangement with a non‑corporate Commonwealth entity. (2) If the Minister enters into an arrangement under subsection (1), this Part applies as if the arrangement were a funding agreement entered into for the purposes of this Part.
Note: Sections 48 to 50 deal with funding agreements.
