sec.16 Purpose of division
This division prescribes, for section 15 (b) of the Act , matters the agency must consider in deciding whether a person’s treatment, care and support needs as a result of a serious personal injury are necessary and reasonable in the circumstances. This division does not limit the matters the agency may consider in making a decision mentioned in subsection (1) .
