sec.34 Funding agreement
The agency may enter into an agreement (a funding agreement ) with a person that provides for the agency to pay to the person an amount to cover particular expenses to be incurred by the person, in a stated period, for the treatment, care or support of a participant. However, a funding agreement may not be entered into in the circumstances, or for the treatment, care or support, prescribed by regulation. A funding agreement must include the terms prescribed by regulation.
