sec.20 Notifying insurer about application

This section applies if an application— is made by a person other than an insurer; and states that— a claim has been made against an insurer for the serious personal injury; and the claim has not been finalised. The agency must give notice of the application to the insurer. The notice must— state the name of the injured person; and state the day the application was made; and include a brief description of the serious personal injury; and state the day the motor accident resulting in the injury happened.
