sec.15 Necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support needs
For this chapter, the agency must consider the following matters in deciding whether a person’s treatment, care and support needs as a result of a serious personal injury are necessary and reasonable in the circumstances— whether the treatment, care and support needs are excluded treatment, care and support; any other matter prescribed by regulation.
- (a) whether the treatment, care and support needs are excluded treatment, care and support;
- (b) any other matter prescribed by regulation.
