sec.145 Levy for the 2016-2017 financial year
Section 99(2) and (4) does not apply to a regulation fixing the levy for the 2016-2017 financial year. If a regulation fixing the levy for the 2016-2017 financial year commences after the start of the financial year, the regulation fixes the levy for the remainder of the financial year. (sec.145-ssec.1) Section 99(2) and (4) does not apply to a regulation fixing the levy for the 2016-2017 financial year.
