sec.136 Direction to agency or chief executive officer about functions and powers

The Treasurer may give a written direction to the following entities about the performance of the entity’s functions or the exercise of the entity’s powers— the agency; the chief executive officer. However, a direction must not be about the content of advice or information, or a recommendation or report, prepared by the agency. The entity must comply with the direction. s 136 amd 2021 No. 12 s 173 (sec.136-ssec.1) The Treasurer may give a written direction to the following entities about the performance of the entity’s functions or the exercise of the entity’s powers— the agency; the chief executive officer.
