sec.126 Agency must review internal review decision

Within 14 days after receiving notice of a medical tribunal’s decision under section 124 , the agency must— review the internal review decision to which the tribunal’s decision relates; and if the internal review decision is inconsistent with the tribunal’s decision—make a new internal review decision under section 109 .
