sec.116 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies to a proceeding of a medical tribunal for a medical matter referred to the tribunal under section 113 . The Workers’ Compensation Act , chapter 11 , part 4 does not apply to a proceeding mentioned in subsection (1) .
