sec.107 Requirements for making application

An internal review application must— be in the approved form; and if the applicant is given an information notice for the original decision to which the application relates— be supported by enough information to enable the agency to decide the application; and be made within 28 days after the applicant is given the information notice. However, the agency may, at any time, extend the time for making an internal review application. If an internal review application is made, the applicant must give a copy of the application to any other affected person for the application.
