25 Confidentiality of information
Intelligence agency (1) For the purposes of paragraph 85(1)(a) of the Act, the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation is prescribed. Law enforcement agencies (2) For the purposes of paragraph 85(1)(b) of the Act, the following law enforcement agencies are prescribed: (a) the Australian Federal Police; (b) the police force of a State or Territory.
