#### 94 Director‑General of the CDC may delegate powers and functions under this Part
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Director‑General of the CDC may, by writing, delegate any of his or her powers and functions under this Part to any of the following:
(a) an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Department;
(b) an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Australian Centre for Disease Control.
(2) The Director‑General of the CDC must not delegate the Director‑General’s power under section 63 (appointment of inspectors).
