#### 93 No other exceptions under other laws (1) A provision of a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory (other than a law referred to in section 92), has no effect to the extent that it would otherwise require or permit a person to make a record of, disclose, or otherwise use, protected information if the record, disclosure or other use: (a) would contravene a provision of this Division; or (b) would not be permitted by a provision of this Division. (2) Subsection (1) has effect whether the law concerned is enacted before or after the commencement of this section.
