#### 84 Definition of protected information for the purposes of Part 3
In this Part:
> protected information is information:
(a) that was obtained under or for the purposes of, or in accordance with, this Part; and
(b) that:
(i) is included on the National Register; or
(ii) was given to the Director‑General of the CDC by an entity under Division 4A, 5 or 5AA; or
(iii) was obtained by an inspector under Division 7; or
(iv) is personal information.
