83Review of decisions by Administrative Review Tribunal

#### 83 Review of decisions by Administrative Review Tribunal (1) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, an application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of: (a) a reviewable decision made by the Director‑General of the CDC personally; or (b) a decision made by the Director‑General under section 82 (which provides for internal review). (2) In this section: > decision has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
