#### 81 Notification of decision and review rights
(1) The Director‑General of the CDC must, as soon as practicable after making a reviewable decision, cause a notice in writing to be given to the entity whose interests are affected by the decision containing:
(a) the terms of the decision; and
(b) the reasons for the decision; and
(c) a statement setting out particulars of the entity’s review rights.
(2) A failure to comply with the requirements of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
