#### 64 Identity card (1) The Director‑General of the CDC must issue an identity card to an inspector. (2) The identity card: (a) must satisfy the requirements prescribed by the regulations; and (b) must contain a recent photograph of the inspector. (3) If a person to whom an identity card has been issued ceases to be an inspector, the person must return the identity card to the Director‑General of the CDC as soon as practicable. Penalty: 1 penalty unit. > Note: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility. (4) An inspector must carry his or her identity card at all times when exercising powers or performing functions as an inspector.
