#### 63 Appointment of inspectors
(1) The Director‑General of the CDC may, by instrument in writing, appoint as an inspector a person who is appointed or employed by the Commonwealth.
(2) In exercising powers or performing functions as an inspector, an inspector must comply with any directions of the Director‑General of the CDC.
(3) The Director‑General of the CDC must not appoint a person as an inspector under subsection (1) unless he or she is satisfied that the person has appropriate skills and experience.
