#### 60AP Offence—failure to comply with direction to dispose of sample (1) An entity commits an offence if: (a) the entity is given a direction under subsection 60AO(3); and (b) the entity does not comply with the direction within the period allowed under that subsection. Penalty: 500 penalty units. (2) Section 4K of the Crimes Act 1914 does not apply to an offence against subsection (1).
