#### 60AE Offence—failure to give a report to the Director‑General of the CDC (1) An entity commits an offence if: (a) the entity is required to give the Director‑General of the CDC a temporary handling disposal report under subsection 60AD(2); and (b) the entity does not give the report to the Director‑General as required by that subsection. Penalty: 500 penalty units. (2) Section 4K of the Crimes Act 1914 does not apply to an offence against subsection (1).
