#### 55AB Emergency maintenance period If an entity gives the Director‑General of the CDC an emergency maintenance report for a facility, the emergency maintenance period for the report is: (a) the period contained in the report in accordance with subparagraph 55AA(3)(b)(iv); or (b) if a longer period is specified in a written notice given to the entity by the Director‑General—that longer period.
