39 Interpretation
In this Part:
> Chairperson, in relation to a Committee, does not include a person elected to preside at a meeting of the Committee.
> Committee means a Committee established under the Act, but does not include the following Committees:
(a) Drug Utilisation Sub-Committee, established under section 101A of the Act;
(b) Economics Sub-Committee, established under section 101A of the Act.
