32 Members’ duty of confidentiality
It is the duty of a member not to divulge or communicate to the proprietor of a nursing home information with respect to the identity of a resident of the nursing home if the member reasonably believes that it may be to the detriment of the resident if that information is divulged or communicated to the proprietor.
