26 Minister may direct Panels The Minister may, by notice in writing to the Chairperson, direct a Panel for a State or Territory to perform the functions of a Panel specified in paragraphs 9 (a), (b), (c) and (d) in relation to a matter in respect of a nursing home situated in the State or Territory, being a matter specified in the notice.
