52 Publishing reports and documents about performance of Commission’s function
If: (a) a report about a matter relating to the performance of the Commission’s functions; or (b) a document setting out information relating to the performance of the Commission’s functions; is given to the Minister under paragraph 19(1)(b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the Minister may cause the report or document to be published (whether on the internet or otherwise).
