31 Voting at meetings
(1) At a meeting of the Commission Board, a question is decided by a majority of the votes of Commission Board members present and voting. (2) The Commission Board member presiding at the meeting has: (a) a deliberative vote; and (b) in the event of an equality of votes, a casting vote.
