28 Convening of meetings
(1) The Commission Board Chair must convene 3 meetings of the Commission Board in each calendar year. (2) The Commission Board Chair may convene such additional meetings (if any) as are, in his or her opinion, necessary for the conduct of the Commission’s affairs. (3) The Commission Board Chair must convene a meeting of the Commission Board if directed to do so by the Minister.
