270 Disclosure or use for the purposes of this Act
An official of the Funding Body may disclose or use protected Funding Body information if: (a) the disclosure or use is for the purposes of this Act; or (b) the disclosure or use is for the purposes of the performance of the functions of the Funding Body under this Act; or (c) the disclosure or use is in the course of the official’s employment or service as an official of the Funding Body.
