231 The office of Administrator

(1) The office of Administrator of the National Health Funding Pool is established by this Part. (2) It is the intention of Parliament that the same individual holds the office established under subsection (1) and under the corresponding provision of the laws of the States. (3) The Administrator appointed under this Part may exercise and perform the functions of the Administrator in relation to: (a) one jurisdiction; or (b) 2 or more or all jurisdictions collectively. (4) A reference in a provision of this Part (other than in subsection 238(1)) to a function of the Administrator under this Part includes a reference to a function of the Administrator under the corresponding provision of the laws of the States.
