To avoid doubt, the Pricing Authority CEO is not subject to direction by the Pricing Authority in relation to the Pricing Authority CEO’s performance of functions, or exercise of powers, under: (a) the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013; or (b) the Public Service Act 1999; in relation to the Pricing Authority.
