225 Consultation on the Pricing Authority’s work program
(1) At least once each financial year, the Pricing Authority must publish on its website a statement that: (a) sets out its work program; and (b) invites interested persons (including States and Territories) to make submissions to the Pricing Authority about the work program by a specified time limit. (2) The time limit specified in a statement under subsection (1) must be at least 30 days after the publication of the statement.
